Random Thoughts On The Bus - Burritos, Bono and Christmas Trees

I should probably rename this section, "stupid crap I think of on the bus". But, alas, I bring you another installment of some junk I thought about when I was commuting.
• Will Russia ever be "normal"?
• Does somebody actually know what all those pipes do at an oil refinery? It looks way too damn complicated.
• I wonder how many archaeologists actually have dogs named Indiana.
• Why do I like foods that are hidden inside other foods so much? Are burritos, wontons. pierogies, pastys, eggrolls, ravioli and most hors d'oeuvres actually better tasting, or is it because they are wearing a disguise.
• How come we can't find any new materials to make pants out of? I'm getting tired of denim, cotton, and corduroy.
• You have to have a lot of guts or no sense of dignity to wear one of those t-shirts that have a profound statement on them. You are admitting that you think that other people care about the fact that you like someone else's thoughts enough to walk around with them on your chest.
• Who on earth buys the soundtrack to a movie before it is released?
• Is there a product that will remove a massive amount of cat fur from a printer? If not I am the owner of a very expensive paper holder that has flashing lights.
• Is there a device that functions as a stove, oven, toaster, and microwave? I have too many heating devices, I'd like to consolidate.
• If comedians are funny because they say something that all of us think but none of us say, why aren't more of us getting into this line of work? What about saying stuff that none of us think but all of us say, is that deemed as funny or psychotic?
• Is music immature? Is that why we grow out of it? Or are the only people who like modern Top 20 music immature?
• No one actually wants Christmas every day. That would be expensive as hell, and we'd own way too much shit.
• Long distance skiing seems really unnecessary these days.
• Bono is proof of what fame and money can do to someone.
• Why on earth did it take so long for people to realize that newspapers had to be smaller?
• Having a slowly dying tree in your house seems like a strange tradition, it was even stranger when people put real candles on them. How many people watched everything they owned go up in flames because of that.
• When will vinyl nostalgia end?
• Why do I get charged to pay a bill in Sweden? That seems just a tad ludicrous. All I know is it doesn't cost them 20kr to do a 15 second job.
